Terrine


Ate Gi's dad was watching television about a month ago, the food channel, and we saw this chef create this meatloaf sort of dish, wrapped in bacon. Then, a couple week later, there is the same dish on the table, with bacon around it and all.

It is served as a cold cut, and its good when eaten with bread. I am not to sure what goes in to making this dish but I know its a lot. So... I guess it'll just remain a surprise.
